Puerto Rico Crowns
Puerto Rico is a not an independent country it is part of the United States. Before the United States Puerto Rico was claimed by the Spanish Crown in 1498 following Colombus' second voyage to the Americas. But, the United States took over after the Spanish- American War. After the war was ceased the Puerto Ricans were granted US citizenship in 1917. In 1952, a constitution was enacted allowing them to have internal self government, but without complete independence. Puerto Rico was ruled from 1493- 1898 by the Spanish colony and then the United States governed from 1898- present day U.S. colony.

Alexis I think you flower is pretty. Bermuda also has flowers. We could trade flowers. I think that would be a nice change. This will be fun.
ReplyDeleteAlexis, That was really great. Me and my country would like to talk to your country about some things. We are very curious about your country. We want to no more about it.
